Christmas Party Package
Php 315,840.00 VAT inclusive for the first 200 persons
(In excess of 200 persons, Php 1,176.00 VAT inclusive per person)
Inclusions:
- Use of Venue (max of 6 hrs.)
- Food (Buffet)
- One (1) night stay at a hotel for 2 persons
- Sounds and Lights (Basic)
- Photo Booth (3 hrs.)
- Choice of one:
- Gift Voucher at the Diamond Hotel (worth Php 2,000)
- Gift Certificate from the either Landmark, SM, or Robinsons (worth Php 2,000)
Amenities:
- Use of Lounge Room (for the whole duration of the event)
- Use of Stage
- Use of Wide Screen (Projector not included, with minimal charge)
- Use of Platform
- Use of Podium
- Wi-Fi ready
Maximum of 4 hours use of venue with A/C (Php 8,500. per hour in excess of 4 hrs.)
Terms of Payment:
1st Payment – 10% of the total estimate cost upon confirmation (non-refundable)
2nd Payment – 40% one (1) month after payment of reservation fee
3rd Payment – Full Payment one (1) month before the event
- If event is within two (2) months before booking date, 50% down payment will be due upon confirmation of the event.
- Security Deposit – Php 20,000.00 (one month before event)
Cancellation Penalties:
- Reservation fee is non-refundable, however, it is applicable should the event be rescheduled.
- 20% penalty to be charged to the client if cancelled two (2) months before the event.
- 25% penalty to be charged to the client if cancelled one (1) month before the event.
- 50% penalty to be charged to the client if cancelled one (1) week but not more than three (3) days prior to the event.
- 100% penalty to be charged to the client if cancelled three (3) days prior to the event.
- Clients are allowed to hold tentative booking for a week after which, the next party on wait lists shall be given priority.
