Above rental fees are inclusive of the following:

  • Use of anteroom and lounge for the duration of the event
  • Additional 3 hours ingress and 2 hours egress;
  • P 1,000.00 per hour in excess shall apply with free use of two (2) Iwata Fans
  • Use of stage (16x32x3 ft) / platform (12x24x1ft)
  • Use of widescreen
  • In excess of actual venue hours, P 8,500.00 per hour shall apply
  • Waived corkage fee on all food and drinks brought in by clients

* Clients are allowed to hold tentative bookings for a week, after which, the next party on waitlist shall be given priority.

ACCREDITED SUPPLIERS

Please refer to the attached listing.  Clients are encouraged to avail of the services of our accredited suppliers to avoid extra charges – 15% of total  food costs for non accredited caterers.

  • P 3,000.00 for non accredited sounds and lights providers.
  • P 5,000.00 in excess of 100 amperes  usage

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Reservation fee (non refundable) – P 10,000.00
  • 50% downpayment – One Month after payment of reservation fee
  • Full payment – One Month before event, together with P 20,000.00 refundable security deposit
  • Payments shall be made to MAYNILA PROPERTIES AND MANAGEMENT, INC.
